  12. Flat Rabbit Software exclusively gives anyone the right to distribute the
  13. shareware program Baseball Scout subject to the following provisions:

  16. 1.  Baseball Scout must be identified as shareware.  The concept Shareware
  17.     must be explained somewhere in the distribution so that the users
  18.     understand that the software is copyrighted and that the user must
  19.     pay the shareware author if they use it.

  22. 2.  The distributor may not charge more than $5 for a copy of Baseball Scout.
  23.     If there is more than one game per disk or CD, then all calculations for
  24.         this clause shall be figured by the following formula:

  26.              (disk or CD price) / (total number of games on the disk or CD).

  29. 3.  The distributor must stop selling copies of Baseball Scout upon written
  30.     request by Flat Rabbit Software.

  33. 4.  Baseball Scout must be distributed as a whole.  No files may be added,
  34.     taken away, or modified in any way.

  37. 5.  The distributor must correctly use and identify the trademark for Flat
  38.         Rabbit Software.

  41. 6.  The distributor must notify Flat Rabbit Software in writing of the
  42.         intent to distribute Baseball Scout.
